How long have you been making cookies?
I’ve been baking for about a decade. My passion for baking shows in each cookie produced!
Do you make gluten free or nut free cookies?
I do not. I am not in an allergy free facility, so even if I did make something that would be considered gluten or nut free, cross contamination is likely.
How often are cookies made?
Cookies are baked randomly at my discretion. Once I have decided how many I will be baking and when they’ll be available, I’ll announce that via social media (Facebook & Instagram) and you will see that cookies are available on the website. Once the limited quantities are gone, you’ll have to wait for the next Damn Cookie Reload.
How/When do cookies ship?
Cookies will be baked at the commencement of that days sale. Cookies will be shipped fresh the following morning via USPS Priority Mail, which typically means delivery within 2-3 business days. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to USPS issues.
What is a Damn Cookie Reload?
As mentioned above, cookies will be sold via “flash sale” sort of way. We will decide how many cookies we’ll be baking and they will be available on the site for purchase for a specific amount of time. Once they are gone, they’re gone…well, until the next Damn Cookie Reload! Quantities will be limited to ensure quality and freshness. So make sure you are following us on Instagram and Facebook and are set to receive notifications via social media!
Do you sell cookie cakes?
Nope.
Do you take special orders and cookie trays?
Yes I do, but for now, only for local delivery! Please visit the Cookie Trays & Special Orders portion of our webpage and inquire about cookie catering for your event, party or special order request!
Is online payment safe and secure?
Yes. it is
How long do the cookies last?
I ship Priority Mail so you have several days to enjoy them. Typically, as they do not contain any preservatives, the cookies stay pretty fresh for about 7 days should you keep them in an airtight container. You can also freeze the cookies for up to 3 months and take them out to thaw when you’d like to enjoy one!
What is your return policy?
All cookie sales are final and returns and or/refunds are not accepted or allowed.
What happens if I don't receive my package?
Although I want you to receive your cookies and enjoy them and revel in all their yummy goodness, I am not responsible to any lost packages during transit. I do provide the customer a tracking # so you can see where it is and when you’ll be receiving it. If you have any issues with transit, you would need to contact USPS directly.
